Job Description
- Serves as a resource to clients regarding test requirements, specimen submission and other laboratory policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Serves as a dispatch service for lab couriers.
- Performs area-specific support activities.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
