What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative position at Diagnostic Radiology Associates?
Physician owned Radiology practice seeking dependable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic Patient Service Representative who can aid us in providing top-notch service to our patients. FT 40 hours per week. Position entails greeting patients, checking patients in/out, preparing them for their exams, scheduling & confirming appointments, answering & triaging calls, processing patient payments, updating patient records & other duties, as assigned. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred but if you have experience as a receptionist or customer service representative we will train the right person. Experience in the radiology field a PLUS, but also not required. Excellent verbal communication skills & the ability to work as a team member are essential.
