What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Phlebotomist position at Diagnostics On The Go (DIAGGO)?
Diagnostics On The Go (DIAGGO) is a mobile phlebotomy company that does mobile blood draws. We service multiple states as of now and we are rapidly growing.
Mobile phlebotomists collect patient blood donations and samples. They prepare blood collection equipment, including needles, tubing, and collection bags. They then find patients' veins, clean and sanitize the skin, and extract the required amount of blood.
This role is for a mobile phlebotomist who will travel to specific locations (home health, individual homes, workplaces, assisted living facilities) to draw blood and then you will deliver the sample to the directed laboratory or drop the specimen off to UPS/FedEx for shipment.
Must have at LEAST 4 years of phlebotomy/laboratory experience.
You must have your own vehicle for this position and be willing to cover Albuquerque and a 40-mile radius. You will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies. Once you are onboarded, you will have access to discounted supply pricing. If you have your own supplies you may use those if approved by the manager.
