What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomy Coordinator position at Diagnostics On The Go (DIAGGO)?
*THIS IS NOT A CLINICAL ROLE*. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomy Manager/Coordinator to join our team. You will oversee and coordinate various aspects of our operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. You will be responsible for scheduling mobile phlebotomy jobs, responding to email and working closely with the billing department. This role may eventually turn into hiring and training of new mobile phlebotomists while working closely with them day to day to train on new testing and give feedback, answer their questions, etc. DIAGGO is a mobile phlebotomy company currently servicing multiple states nationwide. You will also schedule mobile phlebotomy jobs for our field phlebotomists. This role requires your daily attendance at our office in Lake Mary. You must have good writing skills, a professional attitude, and speak fluent Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Develop and implement schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Provide leadership and guidance to phlebotomists, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Oversee mobile phlebotomy operations, including phlebotomy schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Skills:
