What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor II position at Diakon?
- Responsible for providing life space management and counseling to adolescents as well as performing a number of duties to develop, coordinate, instruct, and supervise program activities.
- Leads individual and/or group counseling sessions, including life space counseling.
- Adheres to the stated practices and guidelines for treatment meetings, reviews, and counseling sessions.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
