What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Diakon?
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing maintenance, including: Small equipment repair, general light carpentry and building repair, minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, facility setups, and security duties when assigned.
- May be responsible for maintaining the grounds including lawn mowing, trimming of trees and shrubbery, landscaping and tree replacement, installation and design of new beds and plantings, and snow removal from walks, parking lots, and cars.
- Responds to building and equipment emergency situations.
