What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permanency Services Supervisor position at Diakon?
- Responsible for supervising and training designated staff.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow while maintaining a caseload as determined by the department need.
- Works closely with staff to coordinate placement referrals, determine placement schedules and designate casework staff assignments.
- Establishes and maintains professional and supportive relationships with youth, resources families, and birth families, referring personnel, treatment providers and other involved in the lives of children and youth.
