What are the responsibilities and job description for the PREP Team Lead position at Diakon?
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for directing the operation of the designated Diakon Youth Services Program and by developing, implementing and supervising the delivery of services to youth and coordinating services with other programs to assure smooth operations.
- Performs administrative and supervisory responsibilities as required
- Assists in planning and actively participates in weekly scheduled events and activities and provides direct services as necessary
- Assists in establishing and maintaining professional and supportive relationships with youth, families, referring personnel, treatment providers, and others involved in the lives of children and youth
