CSR - Customer Service Representative – HVAC and Plumbing / Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating

We are seeking a CSR, who will be the First Impression that our clients get, and you will play an integral role in developing a good relationship between the company and the client and helping to solve any comfort issues they are having.
As such a vital part of our company, our CSR’s mean the world to us!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Customer Service To Clients – problem solving and creating rapport
- Contributing to a Happy Company Culture (we have a good time and want to work with others who do too!)
- Punctuality and Dependability
- Manage call taking and scheduling with the dispatcher
- Miscellaneous projects assigned by management
- Provide daily and weekly reporting to management as directed
- Keep up with lead generators used by the company
- Keep up to date with scheduling membership maintenances
- Send out Miscellaneous marketing correspondence
- Work in Service Titan , Microsoft Office Suite and possibly QuickBooks at times
REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to learn
Ability to show active listening while recording information at the same time through typing
Sunny disposition – Generally a Happy Person
Genuine care for other people
Basic computer knowledge, example: word, powerpoint, excel
Experience in Service Titan or other dispatching software is PREFERRED but not required
Inbound call taking for a service company PREFERRED but not required
