About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads.
• Present and promote our services effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on improving outreach efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and a passion for sales.
