Dialysis Nurse

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Dialysis department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality dialysis treatment.

Duties
- Perform dialysis treatments for patients with kidney disease
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients undergoing dialysis
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions during dialysis sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to dialysis treatments

Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience in dialysis or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Assisted Living, MDS, Infection Control, and Critical Care Transport
- Ability to ventilate patients when necessary
- Familiarity with Ophthalmology, coding, and Family Planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
