The Dialysis Center of Lincoln provides 12 weeks of paid comprehensive training that includes both classroom and hands on training.
Our acute dialysis team provides life sustaining treatments to patients in the hospital setting through hemodialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy, and apheresis. Our nurses work autonomously alongside hospital staff and providers to care for critically ill patients. The acute nurses work with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio, with the support of patient care techs within the treatment rooms.
Schedule
Shifts start around 7:30am
Shifts are typically 10 hours long
Self scheduling
Rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications
RN licensure in the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act.
Basic life support/CPR certification required.
