What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dialysis Nurse Manager position at Dialyze Direct?
Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function as a regional supervisor Monday - Friday days to manage staff; oversee training, orientation, nursing care, compliance, staffing and employee relations. The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with the State Educator, Regional Clinical Director and site clinical leadership team to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated caregivers. Must be willing to work the floor.
Qualifications
BS/AA/diploma in Nursing with at least 12 months of recent RN experience with 6 months in hemodialysis needed. Must have valid state nursing license, BLS certification, driver's license, able to travel to local area sites and lift up to 15 pounds.
