You will be joining a team of industry experts who tailor make retail and merchandising solutions by creating beautiful in-store stories and powerful brand experiences.
Any experience with Merchandising, Sales, Design and Project Management will be highly regarded.
This is a full-time, in person position. Our office is located in Hauppauge New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support to our Account Director
- Develop a deep understanding of DIAM’s service offerings and your allocated account brands
- Develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
- Address account needs efficiently and accurately
- Identify and help close new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with clients to determine the scope of projects, documenting detail for internal circulation (e.g. writing design briefs, providing design recommendations)
- Produce status reports for internal circulation by summarizing top level project information
- Assemble and present retail displays and merchandising solutions
- Work closely with Design, Engineering and Production teams to ensure project deliverables are on track
- Facilitate client change requests as required, ensuring all parties are informed of schedule and financial impacts
- Formulate quotes, timelines, planograms, and schedule invoicing
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and learning opportunities
