Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, a strong understanding of facial anatomy, and a passion for providing natural, safe, and effective results. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role that requires both clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical evaluation
- Hit revenue goals
- Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and complementary treatments
- Document all procedures accurately in EMR
- Collaborate with team on client experience, follow-up, and cross-selling other services
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education
- Support and contribute to a positive, high-energy clinic culture
Qualifications:
- RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Arkansas (required)
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience in a medspa or plastic surgery setting
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Skilled in patient consultation and treatment planning
- Excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
