Aesthetic Sales Representative Issil Beauty Spa
Location: Plano, TX (and surrounding areas: Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Dallas, Richardson, Rockwall, Garland, Rowlett, The Colony)
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour commission
Schedule: Various days throughout the week with rotating Saturdays

About the Role
We are seeking a confident, goal-driven, and passionate Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires strong sales skills, networking abilities, and an engaging personality to build relationships and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for client outreach, social media engagement, and outside sales activities while providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product and service demonstrations to showcase benefits to potential clients
Engage in networking, social media outreach, prospecting, and attending industry events
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth
Negotiate and close sales to meet/exceed targets
Provide tailored technical sales support based on customer needs
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns
Qualifications & Experience
1-2 years of sales experience in a med spa or aesthetic industry preferred (but strong candidates from related fields will be considered)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in client account management and relationship-building
Familiarity with social media marketing and prospecting
Confidence, persistence, and a results-driven mindset
An esthetician's license is a plus but not required
