We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and self-motivated MedSpa Concierge to be the welcoming face of our spa. This individual will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about aesthetics and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Provide information on services, treatments, and pricing to clients.
- Assist with client check-in and check-out, including processing payments and handling inquiries.
- Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support providers with scheduling and coordination of treatment rooms.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with social media engagement and promotional activities, if needed.
