🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Master Medical Aesthetician, you’ll be the expert guide for our clients—helping them understand their skin, develop long-term treatment plans, and build trust in your expertise. You’ll conduct thorough consultations using VISIA imaging, perform advanced laser and skincare treatments, and collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level laser and aesthetic treatments including BBL, MOXI, HALO, TRL/Profractional, Morpheus8, Tixel, SkinPen, chemical peels, facials, and more.
- Conduct full consultations and build customized, year-long care plans for new and existing patients.
- Cross-sell services and retail products to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain client records, VISIA photo documentation, and ensure treatment rooms are pristine and compliant.
- Participate in weekly social media video content aligned with the practice calendar.
- Follow up with leads, manage outreach, and build lasting patient relationships.
- Engage in quarterly marketing events, product promotions, and brand representation.

💼 What You Bring
- A current Colorado Aesthetician license (Laser certification preferred)
- 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting (required)
- High-level laser skills (Sciton experience is a major plus!)
- Sales excellence with a 75% close rate on consultations and 40% product attach rate
- A polished, positive, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills
- Comfort on camera with a willingness to participate in educational video content

- Hourly Commission Tips | Total earning potential: $25–$300 /hour
