This is a client-facing, results-driven role ideal for an experienced aesthetician with strong sales capabilities, advanced laser treatment expertise, and a passion for education and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments

• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized, year-long treatment plans

• Cross-sell services and retail products to achieve individual and team sales goals

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and documentation

• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully compliant with protocols

• Participate in social media video content and educational marketing aligned with the clinic calendar

• Follow up with leads, manage patient outreach, and build strong client relationships

• Support marketing efforts by attending events and representing the brand professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Iowa Aesthetician License (Laser certification preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical aesthetics setting

• High-level proficiency with laser treatments

• Strong sales performance

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up and patient care

• A collaborative, positive team player who contributes to a supportive culture
