About the Role:
As our Patient Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our front desk team, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every client. From greeting patients to supporting treatment plans, your attention to detail and positive attitude will help keep our MedSpa running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Assist with patient intake and complete necessary documentation
• Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software
• Check out patients, process payments, and manage follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with the medical and aesthetics team to support treatment plans
• Assist with basic treatment preparation and coordination, as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front desk area
• Provide general administrative support to clinic staff
• Support patient communication and follow-up via phone, email, or text
