Position Overview
We are seeking a Practice Manager who is passionate about the aesthetics and beauty industry and ready to lead a high-performing team to success. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a knack for sales, a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, and the ability to drive performance through accountability and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Manage staff performance, provide regular evaluations, and facilitate ongoing development.
- Conduct client consultations and actively sell services to meet personal sales quotas.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and manage the company budget to optimize profitability.
- Implement and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and client acquisition.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Track revenue, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage appointment scheduling and client flow to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales and management experience required.
- Passion for the aesthetics and med spa industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable for goals.
- A genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best while fostering an excellent customer journey.
- No specific certifications are required.
Performance Expectations
The Practice Manager will be responsible for meeting both location and personal performance goals on a monthly basis.

Position: Practice Manager
Location: Grants Pass, Oregon; Medford, Oregon (and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM; 1-2 Saturdays per month as needed
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $20-$30 per hour, plus sales commission
