Job Summary :
Responsible for ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. 90 days paid trial or probationary period required.

- Bilingual : fluency in both English and Spanish .
- High school graduate.
- Provide legible communication and directions.
- Experience with computers or word or spreadsheet processors.
- Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers).

Greet every guest / customer with a smile.Master Electronic Medical Records : Scheduling patients, checking patients in, confirming appointments, changing appointments, taking credit cards and cash, gathering accurate information, and ensuring completion of all appropriate patient forms and consents.Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies / service procedures / standards.Be self-motivated.Answer phone calls and return messages promptly.Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory and help stock rooms.Coordinate inventory management and ordering.Coordinate vendor-sponsored reward programs.Coordinate online referral / marketing program.Multi-task while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.Function in the role of Medical Assistant to our clinicians as approved by the medical director.Build patient partnerships by matching patient needs to the various providers, services, and products.Offer additional treatment services and memberships that complement (cross-marketing) and benefit patients' needs to enhance their desired results.Master the opening and closing procedures of the facility.Master influencing and closing sales via education and objections handling.Assist with marketing, including social media content creation, events and any other promotions.Record and invoice treatments accurately, ensuring required discounts, rewards points, and special offers are applied accordingly.Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.Maintain positive guest relations.Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.Maintain knowledge of hours of operation.Help turn over treatment rooms, setting up and organizing workstations with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.Be familiar with all services offered, promotions, prices, and rates.Conduct various consultations including weight loss, hair loss, sexual wellness, HRT, etc. and be thoroughly familiar with and able to recommend products and treatments offered in the med spa.Handle emergency procedures.SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS
