Position Overview
We are seeking a plastic surgery sales consultant to lead all aspects of surgical and non-surgical sales in our practice. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, confident, and personable sales professional with a strong background in aesthetic or medical sales. This role involves guiding prospective patients through the consultation process, educating them on procedures, and converting leads into booked treatments and surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Manage all sales consultations for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Educate patients on available procedures, expected results, and pricing.
- Build strong relationships with patients to instill trust and confidence in the practice.
- Follow up with leads and nurture patient inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Work closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Track and analyze sales performance, maintaining a high conversion rate from consultation to booking.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and patient retention.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including VIP events and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
