Wellness Specialist - PA/NP

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Wellness Provider to join our team. This role is open to Physician Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioners (NP), or Registered Nurses (RN) who are enthusiastic about holistic health and wellness. As a provider, you will work closely with patients to support their weight loss and hormone optimization journeys. Responsibilities include administering hormone therapies under the supervision of our Nurse Practitioner, educating patients on wellness practices, and guiding them through personalized health plans. Your mission is to help patients achieve long-term health improvements and a higher quality of life.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized weight loss and hormone optimization plans.

Administer bioidentical hormone replacement therapies and monitor patient progress under the supervision of the Nurse Practitioner.

Provide education on proper nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to support patients’ wellness goals.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and wellness professionals to deliver a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Track and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Offer empathetic and motivational counseling to help patients stay engaged and committed to their health journey.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellness trends, bioidentical hormone therapies, and weight management strategies.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Active license in Idaho as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in wellness, weight loss, hormone optimization, or related healthcare fields.

Experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) preferred.

Strong understanding of nutrition, exercise science, and lifestyle factors influencing weight and hormone health.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Passionate about wellness, holistic health, and helping patients achieve their best selves.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple patients simultaneously.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
