Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle all interactions between customers and clients within a retail setting
- Increasing sales by staying up to date on new marketing trends and ways to approach and overcome objections
- Develop proposals, sales strategies, and presentations that correlate to customer needs and wants
- Manage time and territory in an efficient manner
- Attend weekly meetings on product training
- Establish a solid, constructive working relationship with members on the Sales team to help each other reach goals and increase production
- Work directly with customers daily in order to guarantee excellent service on the spot and be hands on for any necessary explanations.
Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
- Experience in a sales-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative and self-driven environment
- Individual who is outgoing, passionate, and committed to working in a people oriented environment
- Solution oriented to maintain and exceed sales goals
- Willingness to learn
