We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns
• Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching brand exposure goals
• Comfortable working hands-on to set up and organize event equipment
• Engage with customers, promote and generate new customer accounts, and assist existing customers
• Communicate well with customers in an on-site, retail setting
• Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability

We are looking for:

• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
