Job Title: Coordinator, Stadium Operations
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Stadium Operations
Overview: This position is to provide support to their entire Stadium Operations/Facility and Events department by working together to create and implement programs and/or procedures that the organization puts in place and effectively communicates to the entire front office staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to:
Facility Operations
- Assist the Dir. of Stadium Ops with daily, weekly, and monthly processes to ensure the building is maintained at a high level.
- Participate in opening, closing, and game-day staffing rotations.
- Work to establish trade agreements with vendors to reduce expenses as it relates to stadium operations and game day set up.
- Along with the Dir. of Stadium Ops create systems that allow the Fisher Cats to establish a consistent and sustainable schedule of facility maintenance while considering both budget and long-term repairs and improvements.
- Managing the scheduling of cleaning services. Lead efforts to schedule and coordinate incoming vendors, aligning schedules with Dir. of Stadium Ops.
Stadium Operations
- Serve as the “go-to” for event set up procedures, both for Fisher Cats home games and other scheduled events at Delta Dental Stadium.
- During game days, ensure all the required in stadium elements are prepared in advance and communicated with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining master calendars and schedules with consistent updates as needed.
- Help support all other internal departments with set-up and activations.
Ballpark Events
- Work with the Special Events Manager to execute special events at the stadium throughout the year
