What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaners for Japanese full time/ part time position at Diamond Bright Cleaning INC.?
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Clean and maintain various facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to complete assigned tasks
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing and waxing as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned duties
