What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Expert to join our Pittsburg, TX team. If you love connecting with people, are driven by success, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this role is for you!
As a Trailer Expert, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding customer needs and matching them with the perfect trailer solutions.
- Drive sales growth by prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and closing deals with confidence.
- Be the go-to expert, staying informed on all product features, specifications, pricing, and market trends.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Showcase our brand at community and industry events, representing Work Trailers with pride and professionalism.
- Always be learning, improving your sales skills, market knowledge, and product expertise.

- Proven sales experience in the trailer or related industries.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a bonus!).
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus—but not required.
