Jewelry Store Manager Compensation:
Salary based on previous work experience
Store bonus of 1/2% to 2% of overall store sales depending on store performance
Personal commission of 1% to 3% depending on the store’s performance to goal
Relocation Package for the right candidate

Role Overview: Jewelry Store Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop the sales staff to ensure a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
2. Sales Management: Achieve store sales, credit, and care plan goals, as well as all special event goals.
3. Event Preparation: Lead the team in preparing for events and ensure accountability in achieving assigned goals.
4. Inventory Control: Always maintain inventory control to meet customer demand and sales targets.
5. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
6. Visual Merchandising: Ensure jewelry is displayed effectively to enhance customer experience and sales, this includes shifting displays based on customer shopping habits or seasonality.
7. Policy Enforcement: Maintain and enforce company policies to uphold standards of service and conduct, while maintaining a professional and nonbiased communication with staff.
8. Personal Results: Personally accountable for 20% of the store's overall results.
9. Building Store Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, creating a fair and equitable team atmosphere that values diversity and teamwork.
10. Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management skills, efficiently allocating both personal and team time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining store aesthetics and inventory control.
- Understanding of company policies and commitment to upholding them.
