CFO

Diamond Chemical Company, a leader in the cleaning and chemical solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in East Rutherford, NJ. We are looking for a strategic financial leader with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and senior-level financial leadership.

Position Overview:

The CFO will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for leading the financial strategy, overseeing M&A activities, and managing relationships with private equity investors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, including experience as a CFO and Senior Vice President (SVP) in finance.

Key Qualifications:

• Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise: Extensive experience leading M&A transactions and driving value creation.

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a CFO or Senior Vice President (SVP) role in finance.

• Private Equity Experience: Strong familiarity with private equity-backed companies, financial reporting, and capital structure management.

• Strategic thinker with excellent financial acumen, communication skills, and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Drive M&A initiatives, from identifying opportunities to integrating acquisitions seamlessly.

• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.

• Collaborate with private equity investors to align financial objectives and maximize value.

• Develop strategies to enhance financial performance and support the company’s growth objectives.
