Equipment Operators

We are looking for candidates who enjoy work in the construction trades or want to start a career in the construction trades. Employees travel to different job sites and work with different clients everyday. If you like to work with your hands and outdoors and working in manufacturing doing the same thing every day doesn't appeal to you, you may be a fit.

Equipment Operators are dispatched in company trucks to job sites all over West Michigan to create openings in concrete walls and floors, break concrete with robots, and provide other services for our customers.

Hours are typically 1st shift (about 90% of the time), though there is occasional night and weekend work and / or overnight work out of town (about 10% of the time).

We welcome applicants with experience cutting concrete but we will train the right candidates as well. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. We will pay to match your experience in our field.
