Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team here at Diamond Construction Company. We are a Underground Utility Contractor Based located at 1300 E 13th St North Little Rock, AR installing, repairing and relocating utilities around the central Arkansas Area. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Utility Construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- You will be expected to work M-F 7am - 5:30.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Canidates must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
