Position Summary :
Account Services Manager is responsible for supervising deposit account quality control and administration for both consumer and business accounts. Work closely with Compliance, Risk Management, and Retail management. Oversee annual account servicing processes such as tax preparation testing and unclaimed property escheatment. Ensure legal requests such as subpoenas, tax levies and writs are accurately processed within compliance deadlines.

Essential Functions :
- Lead, coach and develop staff members to ensure exceptional performance, in the areas of service, growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Reinforce the Credit Union's vision, mission, and values by serving as a culture agent, motivating employees to achieve higher standards and promoting a commitment to excellence in service and technology-driven products and processes.
- Develop and execute an annual departmental strategic plan to support and contribute to the achievement of the Credit Union's overall strategic initiatives.
- Manage maintenance, development and writing of operational policies and procedures for all department functions.
- Coordinate functions and personnel to provide quality, efficient support to other departments and branches of the Credit Union.
- Manage the daily activities of Account Servicing Associates.
