Construction Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires the ability to coordinate various aspects of project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize construction management software and tools such as Primavera and Civil 3D for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates and manage procurement processes for materials and services.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of the building process.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
• Experience with construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
• Proficient in using construction management software, including Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $73,381.00 - $79,799.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
