- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record-keeping as needed.
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in communication.
- Provide clerical support to other departments as required.
- Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
