Project Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management for multiple construction projects including; plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
- Assist in bidding and buying scopes of work in the ID drawings.
- Ensure that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction including, quality control and change orders.
- Manage and mentor project managers.
- Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings as well as final selections.
- Use Procore software effectively.
