Custom Home Remodel Superintendent Responsibilities
- Manage job site safety, quality and Schedule
- Work collaboratively with project manager and other project team members.
- Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
- Responsible for project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project Schedule.
- Review all project documents for constructability and content, including drawings.
- Become very familiar with all Remodel project drawings and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
- Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections and agencies.
- Manage job site manpower, drive production and performance.
- Use Procore & SmartSheets software effectively.
