Assistant Production Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Production Manager works under the supervision of the Production Manager. This position is responsible for the planning, coordinating, monitoring and controlling of our manufacture processes and that all quantity and quality goals are met in safe and effective manner.

JOB DUTIES:

· Helps in providing the production process and schedule

· Overseeing quality control

· Ensuring products are produced on time

· Projects completed within the deadline

· Budgeting, utilizing needed human and material resources

· Creating a timescale for production

· Supervising production processes and adjusting schedules when needed

· Ensuring product standards are met

· Applying quality-control programs

· Liaising among different departments

· Completing all necessary paperwork

· Performing various tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5-years production management experience required.

· Possess planning and organizing skills

· Ability to act decisively in important situations

· Easily grasp concepts

· Solve problems in productions

· Advanced knowledgeable in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other Production-related software

· Great attention to detail

· Negotiation skills

· Good interpersonal skills

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Problem-solving skills

· Work well under pressure during tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
