Our inspectors use the latest innovation and technology to create customized Home Inspection reports and deliver them on site. We are offering an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses dedication, professionalism, and true people skills. This position will start out learning Sewer Scopes, Auxiliary testing such as Mold, Allergen, Water Quality Testing etc and will also provide help to the current Home Inspectors on certain jobs with the opportunity to learn and become a home inspector over time.
Job Requirements:
· Business minded with strong attention to detail.
· Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components.
· Must be able to learn the sewer scope equipment, inspection software and produce thorough, error free videos and reports.
· Need to live between Denver and Firestone and willing to travel.
· Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
· Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills.
· Basic IPAD/IOS knowledge.
· Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with Real Estate agents and customers.
· A great attitude with good presence and energy.
· Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised is a must.
· Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
· Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time.
· Ability to pass all employment screening and a technical knowledge exam.
· Required to authorize background and driving checks.
· Available to work Saturdays and some evenings.
We will train the right individual and will provide you will all the tools necessary. A company vehicle will be provided once fully trained and working independently.
