We are currently hiring an ambitious and results-oriented, full-time, Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
JOB DUTIES:
- Follow up and call all established accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit and establish a personal rapport with purchasing agents, superintendents, or new customers to sell Diamond Environmental Services.
- Close sales, generate leads and prepare proposals.
- Solicit new business.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Act as liaison between customers, sales, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquiries & issues.
- Process customer orders and contracts. Prepare quotes and send bids to customers for new job events.
- Complete sales-related paperwork.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate is required to be highly self-motivated, a team player, and assertive.
- Strong selling, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Must be willing to work/reside/commute in/to LA County
- Attention to detail, organization, and computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office or comparable business software a must.
- At least two years of sales experience.
- At least two years of sales experience in the rental industry (preferred).
- Requires a Valid CA Driver’s License.
- Must possess the ability to achieve results.
