We are seeking a Facilities Engineer who is responsible for supporting the facilities' functions, including facilities planning, build-outs, maintenance, equipment, and operations of the manufacturing floor, labs, and office areas of multiple locations. Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following areas: project management, HVAC, process cooling water, gas distribution, electrical and mechanical systems management, vendor/contractor relations, and compliance with safety regulations. In addition, the position will also oversee and coordinate multiple capital construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to plan, organize, and lead facility build-out/upgrade projects.
- Ensure designs and implementations conform to regulations, code, and best practice standards.
- Project manage construction initiatives that are not limited to scope, procurement, and implementation while ensuring effective engineering installation and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all facilities systems, including HVAC, gas distribution, and mechanical/electrical power systems.
- Develop and maintain budgets for repair and construction projects, as well as manufacturing equipment and office furniture system installations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Facilities Management (Mechanical preferred) with 2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing industrial mechanical/electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including commercial manufacturing systems (process cooling water, compressed air, gas distribution, HVAC) and ability to read blueprints, electrical single lines, and schematics.
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems and CAD for layout and design purposes.
- Proven project and program management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in semiconductor, solar, or similar manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
