We seek a motivated and technically skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team in developing and optimizing wafer engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industry experience, a solid foundation in wafer processing, and a passion for problem-solving. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the integration of new R&D process flows, ensuring high-quality output and manufacturability while driving improvements in process robustness.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize process integration strategies, ensuring timely product delivery and quality assurance.
- Identify and resolve inter-module process issues through data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and failure analysis; recommend and execute corrective actions.
- Work with process and metrology teams to define and validate process / material specifications and metrology requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as product configurations, process flows, and specifications during the R&D stage; assist with transitioning new products to volume production.
- Support process monitoring by implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions and contributing to automation initiatives to improve process control and data management.
Requirements :
Salary : $110,000 - $170,000 a year. The position is eligible for company shares. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, and location. We will also consider higher-level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
