Process Integration Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Process Integration Technician to support Backend R&D experiments and production operations. In this role, you will work closely with a team of Process Integration, Laser, Etching, CVD, Lap/Polish, and Metrology engineers, gaining exposure to various process areas.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MES material flow and handling, as well as hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist with R&D and production material flow, ensuring efficient inter-module transportation and expedition.
• Support development DOEs, including experiment planning, material allocation, splitting, transfer, and labeling.
• Assist engineers in collecting and evaluating quality control (QC) data for final delivery and dispositioning failed parts.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow SOPs and work instructions, and apply basic math skills to meet production requirements.

• Hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with MES material flow and handling (preferred). Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• 1–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods.
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:

-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist,  climb, balance, stoop, squat,  kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. 

-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs

-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls

-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
