Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including golf cars, forklifts, and pickup trucks with very long trailers in tow.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring timely and efficient delivery or pick up of cars.
- Load and unload heavy cargo.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance issues or damages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor and appearance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.

- Train with our Mechanic during your down time to reach a Mechanic level position. We promote from within.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver or in a related role
- Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles and equipment, forward and backward, such as pickup trucks with long trailers.

-Mechanically inclined.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
- Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and moving of goods as required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Neat worker with a high Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions completely accurately. Ability to maintain a clean and neat workplace at all times.

Summary
This Driver position requires a candidate with experience pulling and backing a long car trailer, strong driving skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Premium skills such as customer service, commercial driving, and experience with different types of vehicles such as forklifts are highly valued.

Relevant skills including warehouse experience and route driving experience will be beneficial in this role. The ideal candidate should possess a valid and clean driver's license, be proficient in time management, and be capable of handling heavy lifting tasks efficiently.
