Summary
As a Golf Car Sales representative, you will be essential in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service within our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include engaging with customers, managing sales inquiries, and providing product knowledge to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. The showroom hours are Monday - Friday from 8-5 so you need to be able to be on time and hold a steady schedule. You may occasionally need to come in on a weekend day if your customers ask to meet those days.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for golf car purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Follow up with leads through outbound sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory is well-managed and stocked.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and upsell additional products or services.
Qualifications
- Dealership experience in automotive or related sales
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Proven retail sales and customer service background
- Experience in outbound sales and sales support
- Proficient in negotiation and B2B sales techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math
- Skills in cold calling and marketing strategies
