**Job Summary:**
The Manufacturing Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this individual is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily activities, as well as providing support when the supervisor is absent.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Supervisor with first card, test card, and final job sign-off paperwork to ensure accurate documentation.
- Support Machine Operators in setting up complex jobs and verify that they are correctly completing required forms and job paperwork throughout the shift.
- Ensure operators are properly logged into the correct job and task, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and workplace rules.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of experience in the print industry, including equipment operation and a working knowledge of safety procedures.
- Able to work independently and manage others when the Supervisor is not present.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
