Job Summary : The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all IT systems. This role includes managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating technology projects, and ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business goals. The IT Manager will supervise system installations, network management, software applications, and cybersecurity measures to protect company data.

Manage Diamond Graphic's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systemsManage IT team, including hiring, training and development, and performance managementEnsure that all IT systems are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that ariseWork with our external managed service providers to work on special projects, system admin tasks and infrastructure managementWork closely with the Director of IT to manage the IT department budget, including forecasting and cost analysisStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and make recommendations for improvements to the company's technology infrastructureProvide technical support assistance to all staff as a backup to the technical support specialist when necessaryPlan, implement, and monitor IT projects, including network upgrades, system migrations, and software deployments.Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organizationPerform regular system audits on all applicable systemsRequirements :
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT managementProficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, SQL, and cloud technologies.Expertise in IT infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity and business systems, primarily in a Windows environment.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and management skillsPreferred Qualifications :
