Diamond Home Improvement is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Department Head for our Inside Lumber Department. Ideal candidates will have experience merchandising products effectively and stocking shelves. A strong understanding of lumber and building supplies is preferable. Department heads train their staff regarding products and upcoming sales and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by making product recommendations and answering any questions customers might have.
