Key Responsibilities:Staffing & Shift Coverage:
- Provide coverage for employees on sick days, vacations, or last-minute call-offs.
- Quickly adjust to different teams and job functions as needed.
- Ensure smooth workflow by filling in for absent supervisors or team leads.
Operational Support:
- Assist various departments to maintain productivity during high-demand periods.
- Ensure work is completed according to company policies and performance standards.
- Support supervisors and managers in resolving operational challenges.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce quality standards in different departments.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure work meets safety and performance requirements.
- Provide feedback to employees on performance improvements.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
- Step in to troubleshoot and resolve immediate operational issues.
- Work closely with management to implement improvements and maintain workflow.
- Assist in training new hires or supporting underperforming teams.
Communication & Reporting:
- Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Report operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
- Maintain records of shift coverage, employee performance, and task completion.
